Water side heat exchanger
High-efficiency plate heat exchanger is adopted, and multi-layer thin rectangular channels are formed between the plates of the heat exchanger, and the refrigerant and water exchange heat through the plates. Due to the multi-channel distribution of the fluid, the heat exchange area is greatly increased, thereby greatly improving the heat exchange efficiency and speed, and reducing heat loss.
Internally threaded copper pipe
The inner threaded copper tube is adopted, and its inner surface is designed with grooves, so that the contact area with the refrigerant is larger, the heat exchange is more sufficient, and the heat exchange effect is better.
High precision electronic expansion valve
Electronic expansion valves are selected as the refrigerant flow control components to maximize performance and minimize defrost effects. The maximum 3000-level EXV adjustment can control the refrigerant flow stably and precisely. The response speed is fast, which can realize light-load startup, reduce heat loss during shutdown, and improve unit reliability.
