The outer tank is made of white galvanized color plate, which is clean and bright, and has strong UV resistance. The inner tank of SUS304-2B food-grade stainless steel water tank adopts automatic fluorine arc welding process, chlorine gas protection, and the welding is firm to ensure that the material of the weld seam remains unchanged. The water tank has a built-in anode magnesium rod device, which improves the water quality and makes the inner tank last longer.

The liner of the water tank is made of imported welding technology, which effectively prevents chloride ion corrosion, and solves the disadvantages of pitting corrosion caused by partial porcelain powder falling off in the current enamel liner due to thermal expansion and contraction. Strong pressure bearing capacity, can withstand the working pressure of 0.8Mpa. The insulation layer adopts Dow's polyurethane foaming agent (HCFC141b) imported from the United States, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The thickness is 50mm. The intelligent heat exchanger design software is used to optimize the heat exchange area of the heat exchanger and the water tank, and the heat exchange efficiency is higher and more energy-saving.
